Vivekanandha Teacher Training Institute for Women, (VTTI) was started in the Year 2004. Swamy Vivekanandha Teacher Institute for Women (SVTTI) was started in the year 2006. Both the institutes (VTTI & SVTTI) are sponsored by Angammal Educational Trust. Sree Krishna Teacher Training Institute for Women sponsored by Krishna Educational Charitable Trust was started in the year 2006. The two year Diploma in Elementary Teacher Education (D.T.Ed) is duly approved by NCTE and recognized by Govt. of Tamil Nadu. It ensures that every trainee achieves academic excellence, professional competence and commitement to serve the community by the end of the programme.
